Ms. Geraldine Celestre is President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Comira. A seasoned business leader, Ms. Celestre was named to this position in 2002, when CATS and HZ Assessments agreed to develop a business partnership to further serve client needs. Ms. Celestre first joined CATS as comptroller in 1992. She was quickly promoted to President and CEO at CATS, and led the company into financial independence and profitability in 1994. Prior to CATS, Ms. Celestre was both an investment counselor and a project manager.

Dr. Norman Hertz is the Director of Psychometric Services at Comira. With extensive experience in private industry and government settings, Dr. Hertz has more than 20 years of experience in the measurement field. Dr. Hertz has conducted validation studies, developed licensing and certification examinations, and conducted cut score studies. He specializes in conducting psychometric audits of examination programs. Prior to Comira and HZ Assessments, Dr. Hertz was the Chief of the Office of Examination Resources at the California Department of Consumer Affairs for 15 years. During his tenure at DCA, he handled the most sensitive aspects of examination programs for more than 30 boards, including expert witness testimony before legislative committees. More

Dr. Roberta Chinn is the Senior Measurement Specialist at Comira. With more than 14 years of experience in the measurement field, Dr. Chinn is responsible for conducting practitioner interviews, focus group facilitation, data analysis and preparation of validation reports. She has extensive experience in developing licensing and certification exams, and has worked in both private and government settings. Dr. Chinn specializes in the development of multiple-choice, performance, oral examination, and conducting cut score studies. Previously, Dr. Chinn spent 11 years as senior psychometric consultant at Office of Examination Resources at the California Department of Consumer Affairs. Mr. Tom Bowen is Comira's Executive Vice President and the Chief Architect of the SilverCATS^TM "Go Anywhere" technology. With nearly 20 years in managing and developing information technology systems and services, Mr. Bowen is charged with oversight of Comira's technical operations and 500+ testing centers. He works closely with Comira's clients to develop secure methods for testing candidates in remote locations throughout the world. Mr. Bowen joins Comira with more than a dozen years of testing experience from CATS. At CATS, he has designed and implemented all the systems and applications used to run that company, including the development of the company's state-of-the-art computer-based testing system.

Ms. Arlette Hayrapetian is Comira's Executive Account Manager. With a decade of experience working in computer-based testing, Ms. Hayrapetian handles project management and logistical coordination for each of Comira's clients, interfacing with Comira's business, test development, and technology groups to ensure seamless project execution.

Ms. Megan Pierce is a Psychometric Specialist at Comira. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University, Sacramento. More
